Our Team

Meet C. Eric Erlenbush, CEO/LCSW
Life doesn't always move in a straight line. Sometimes you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, unsure, stuck, or simply exhausted by the weight you've been carrying. When managing everything on your own no longer feels sustainable, therapy can become a place where clarity, stability, and emotional grounding begin to return.
Over the past 20 years, Eric has worked with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric, juvenile detention, community mental health, private nonprofits, residential treatment, and family/juvenile law. Eric now provides online therapy to adults and older adults. His work supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and the unique pressures many men experience around identity, emotional expression, and societal expectations. Outside of his clinical work, Eric is also a Reiki Master.
There’s no shortage of therapists available online. Finding the right fit—someone who listens carefully, understands nuance, and respects your individual process—makes a meaningful difference.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Therapy as a Place to Breathe, Reflect & Rebuild
At its core, therapy is a partnership. It’s a process where we work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, identify patterns shaping your life, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change. Healing happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, explore your internal world honestly, and shift habits, beliefs, and emotional responses that no longer serve you.
-
You don’t need to have the “right” words.
-
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
-
You don’t need to pretend to be okay.
You simply need a place where you can tell your truth and begin to understand yourself in new ways, and that’s exactly the space created in each session.

A Note on Men’s Mental Health
While we welcome and support clients of all genders, part of our work is devoted to helping men navigate the pressures, expectations, and emotional challenges they often feel unable to talk about. Men deserve a place where vulnerability is respected, not judged, and where emotional safety allows for genuine growth. If you’ve spent years bottling things up, therapy can finally become the space where you can breathe.

A Note on Men’s Mental Health
While clients of all genders are welcomed, part of the work is dedicated to supporting men navigating pressures they often feel unable to talk about openly. Therapy offers a space where vulnerability is respected, emotional safety is prioritized and growth can happen without judgment. If you’ve spent years holding everything in, this can be a safe space to finally exhale.
